We're using CK Family Car Care for the second time. Our first encounter was fantastic; everything that needed to be done was done. The service on the vehicle was quick, and the price competitive but very fair. Another vehicle is now in their care. Dean called and informed us about a brake rotor problem that only became apparent once the other brake(s) had been fixed. No labor charge for the remaining problem rotor and Dean gave us the part at his cost. Fantastic. Dean is very nice to work with and the service is A-1!!! Recommended with a 5 star+ rating.

Called and got an appointment time for an hour later. Nice and honest staff who genuinely care about making sure you have everything you need. They actually apologized for taking a little extra time because they replaced a bolt that had been previously stripped during oil changes from other shops. I’ll be going back for future maintenance.

CK Family Car Care will my go to place to take care of my car. Dean is such a kind honest man. He repaired my Acadia at a fair price. I would recommend them highly.

We have used CK auto for years. This is the second vehicle I've taken there and my parents and siblings all take their vehicles there as well. Dean is an amazing guy- he is fair in pricing and good at explaining everything.

3-2022 - Just wanted to give an update! My jeep was sounding like it was on its last leg recently so I decided I might need a tune-up! After CK worked their magic, I drove my Jeep last night and today and felt SO THANKFUL. It sounds and runs so smooth now and I feel safer. Thanks for always taking care of me. You gentlemen are wonderful. __________________________________________________ This place is phenomenal! I can't say enough good things about them. A masterful team of really GOOD honest people. Outstanding customer service and expert workmanship that will by far outshine whatever shop you've been using.

I went to them because they came highly recommended. They gave me a military discount, and explained everything to me simply. They were fair and took less time than they told me to expect. They left an impact driver in my car, haha, but when I returned it they gave me a free oil change voucher, which I thought was very nice. Overall a great company and would use them again

Everyone I came in contact with at CK family car care was very nice. Kept in contact with me the whole time while checking my car out. I've had a problem with my heat working for years.. nobody could get it right and fix it long term.. it was always just a temporary fix. They fixed my heat and it has worked ever since (several months now) highly recommend. Glad I found a place I can trust with my car!
