I don't love when Im getting my car serviced in the middle of the day and nobody will answer the phone. Most people need there car to do business. To be fair they did say EOD but I need answers/update

My air conditioning went out and I took it to Pep Boys for a diagnostic and they quoted me $1,400. I contacted Dean and he checked it out and fixed it for $174. I will now take my car there for any other service. I'm so thankful and will recommend CK Family Car Care to everyone.

I don’t feel comfortable at new places or with new people but these guys made it easy. They were personable and genuine. You can tell from the start. They hold conversation, which shows they are personable and not just about the dollar bill. I have found my new mechanic in town. I’m also a young woman and for the first time, I didn’t feel like a mechanic was taking advantage of that.! If you need a friendly and flexible mechanic, this is the place.

Customer service was excellent. Dean was very professional and guided me down the right paths with my Lexus. Bought it with issues and drove home with a brand new car!
