During my last two encounters with CK the man behind the counter has failed to accept responsibility for the work done. The first time I drove home after a brake job only to find I had no emergency brake when I parked at home. He tried to say reattaching the emergency brake was not part of a brake job. Even the mechanic scoffed at that. The last was to replace an ignition switch. The key now reliably turns over, but the Security lights now stays on constantly. He blamed the locksmith and locksmith denied responsibility. Over $400 later I am able to drive the truck, but it’s not right.

This is a great, local business. I got scheduled quickly. The day of the repair, I received a very thorough, digital review covering their inspection of my vehicle. I've never received such a detailed, yet easy to understand inspection document. Their pricing was very fair and their advice was helpful. I truly felt like they were looking out for my best interest. The work was completed the same day. Nobody wants to have repair work done on your car, but I must say that my experience at CK Family Car Care was the best experience I've had anywhere.

The Review / Response software itself is faulty. Thanks for doing my oil change and attending to my two filters plus taking care of a burned out bulb on my license plate illumination. The labor charges listed on the invoice dont make sense. Show zero charge for overall check-up though I believe you checked fluids and belts. Then the labor indicated for each of the two filters plus taking replacements was $49 each which seems high. This itemizing of labor looked strange but the total add-up resulting looks fair.

Excellent service. Dean is always pleasant and friendly. Honest mechanics. Hard to find someone like CK Family.
