I had a nightmarish experience with car shield who is supposed to help me take care of my car and we're difficult at every turn. Dean at CK was amazing and worked with me and helped me work with car shield to get a new transmission put in my car for a very reasonable amount of money. Dean kept up with me constantly acknowledging what was going on and keeping me informed on a day-to-day basis and I certainly appreciated that. I could not recommend them higher.
