When I complained about the unadvertised $10 charge for shop supplies and oil disposal I was categorized as one of the minority of customers who complained. I was told by the man behind the counter that CK provided complete disclosure regarding charges. The trouble is that the complete disclosure was made after the work was done. I had the posted price of $129 summer special service done. Cost was $139. In my opinion full disclosure would have included the price of shop supplies and oil disposal. Apparently I am wrong. I was also told that when I dropped off the car at 9:30 that it would be no problem for my car to be ready by noon. Turns out that 1:45 is when it was ready. Seems some new tire equipment CK purchased took longer to install than anticipated. Apparently no need to let me know and certainly no need for CK to consider keeping their promise to me. I came away from this experience as being very insignificant in CK’s eyes.

I have been using CK Family Car Care for over a decade. Nathan, Dean and the staff are incredible. What I mean by "incredible" is that they have always HONESTLY advised me, my wife and "our now 3 adult" children about servicing all of our vehicles. They really put forth the effort to minimize the expenses when and where applicable. From our 5 personal vehicles to my company van (AMS Supply), I have never been let down and have never felt that I was over charged. They are timely and efficient, even when the economy is rough and personnel are in short supply. It is always reassuring to know that we have friends in the automotive industry to step in when we don't even know how to change our own oil. They will not let you down.
