I brought my car in to have CK install a backup camera I provided. I installed pieces of it but did not trust myself to take apart and reassemble the hatchback to route the wires to the actual cam. CK did an an excellent and thorough job and the camera works great. It's good to know I have a car repair place I can trust with anything related to my vehicles.

Only repairs what needs repairing. No up selling. I appreciate that.Very satisfied with repairs and pricing.

This is my second experience with CK Family Car Care. They are able to get me in quickly and are efficient in getting my vehicle back to me as quickly as possible. They are clear in explaining any repairs and maintenance tips. I feel more comfortable going to them than the dealership. Will definitely be returning in the future

I did not have services done at CK family Care. However, today my car broke down on West Park road. I don't know who the man was but someone from this company stopped their car and helped me diagnose what was wrong with my car. It was one of the kindest gestures. He was respectful, polite, and very knowledgeable. I just wanted to recognize this young man and tell him thank you in a very public way! Good Samaritans are real!

If you're looking for a trust worthy place to take your car, this is the place. They never try to sell you any repair you don't need. They are very honest about what your car needs and will happily tell you that it's fine and doesn't need the repair. Great place to go.
